Bloomberg Law: Disabled New Yorkers File Suit Against MTA to Fix Subway Gaps

Bloomberg Law reported on Goldenberg v. MTA this week, a class-action lawsuit filed by NYLPI and pro-bono member Morvillo Abramowitz Grand Iason & Anello PC.

Three New Yorkers are suing the Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA), demanding the transit provider fix the hazardous gaps between many subway platforms and trains, which make the MTA inaccessible for people with disabilities.
