Call our legislators now to ensure healthcare access to all New Yorkers is in the New York State budget!

NYLPI is calling on New Yorkers to support the passage of Coverage For All (A3020/S2237). If passed, this bill would allow all low-income New Yorkers to access basic health insurance paid for with surplus funds in the state’s health fund, which would save lives and stabilize our healthcaare system. 

State leaders are in their final days of budget negotiations, and must support #Coverage4All by including it in the NYS budget.  

There is zero cost to the state if the Governor and legislature amend the Federal 1332 Waiver request to include all immigrants.   

Take action now and call our state leaders to ensure that all immigrants have access to health insurance.
