This past spring, Yale Law School’s Arthur Liman Center for Public Interest Law honored its 25th anniversary during the annual Liman Public Interest Colloquium. NYLPI’s Executive Director McGregor Smyth, a former Liman Center Fellow, spoke on one of the panels featured during the three-day gathering. The session “Public Service/Private Practice,” addressed priorities in accepting pro bono cases. He spoke about NYLPI’s Pro Bono Clearinghouse and ongoing collaboration with law firms to staff public interest cases.
