Ruth Lowenkron, NYLPI director of Disability Justice, co-presented at a lunch and learn presentation on “Class, Race, Civil Rights and Mental Health Law” at the University of Maine.
She was joined by Mark Joyce, managing attorney, Mental Health Rights Program, Disability Rights Maine.
The program was co-sponsored by the law school’s Maine Juvenile Law Society, American Constitution Society and the Black Law Students Association.
