March 14 at 9:00 am - 12:30 pm

Let's Talk About Space

Nonprofit New York is thrilled to announce a half-day summit, hosted in collaboration with New York Lawyers for the Public Interest, featuring candid conversations and insightful panel discussions on the climate and space challenges impacting the nonprofit sector, including:

  • Climate Goals: Complying with Local Law 97 and other local climate legislation and what nonprofits can do to advance climate and environmental justice
  • Real Estate: Navigating rental leases, exploring the hybrid work model, utilizing space in optimal ways, and mitigating cost escalations passed on from landlords
  • Capital Funding: Securing funding for renovations, equipment, new construction, property purchases, and the development of office space to create more effective programming and services
