This virtual training will provide an overview of key labor and employment issues nonprofits face with their workforce, drawing into focus issues of particular relevance to the sector. Led by expert attorneys, the workshop will cover the legal requirements and best practices for hiring and managing employees. Attendees will learn about compliance with key federal and state laws, including anti-discrimination laws and paid leave laws.
