Gothamist: NYC to Add More Than 200 School Sports Teams in $6M Class Action Settlement

Gothamist reported on the settlement reached as a result of NYLPI’s class-action lawsuit against the Department of Education and the Public School Athletic League. Over the next few years, the DOE and PSAL must work to expand shared access programs, beginning with a $6 million investment to grow public school sports programs.
