The 2022 budget season is right around the corner, and we’re letting Governor Hochul and the legislature know that #ClimateCan’tWait.
NYLPI is part of Climate Can’t Wait 2022, a coalition of over 30 organizations committed to mobilizing support for a comprehensive package of legislative policy proposals. We want to help move New York into the new renewable energy future.
Our communities need no less than a $15 billion investment in climate justice next year before it is too late. Join NYLPI and other New York climate activists on January 25th to demand climate justice funding in the 2022 budget!
