This week, #Coverage4All passed out of the New York Senate Health Committee. The committee has voted to support expanding health insurance coverage for immigrant New Yorkers who are currently excluded due to immigration status. NYLPI is a steering committee member of the Coverage4All coalition. Our UndocuCare program’s work advances healthcare access for immigrant New Yorkers. We support this bill and the crucial access it will provide to those we work with every day through UndocuCare.
NYLPI has submitted a memo of support to the Senate Health Committee. Read our memo to learn more about #Coverage4All on our website.
