NYLPI Will Host Two Special Education Workshops (English and Spanish) in March

New York Lawyers for the Public Interest (NYLPI) will host two, free 2-hour workshops in March, 2024 that will provide parents with the tools to navigate the special education system in New York.

Presenters include Paola Martinez-Boone, senior advocate and special education coordinator at NYLPI and Michelle Kraus, manager of social work and intake services at NYLPI.

Topics covered at these workshops include special education basics, abuse harassment and mistreatment advocacy and language access.
