The Small Business Formation Fundamentals Series is a capacity building consulting series designed to support minority and women-owned small businesses by addressing the legal challenges that small businesses commonly face. Through general presentations and free one-on-one consultations from our volunteer attorneys, this series empowers entrepreneurs at all stages of small business formation to further develop their business plans. This partnership with the Women’s Economic Development Center provides participants with essential legal information, valuable tools, and individualized attention that small business owners may not otherwise have access to. Additionally, the series is expanding to include Spanish language programs to further increase access to these resources.
