
Marnie Berk
Director of Pro Bono Programs
Marnie Berk is the Director of Pro Bono Programs at NYLPI where she runs the organization’s Pro Bono Clearinghouse. Through partnerships with the private bar, Marnie connects New York’s best legal talent with the most effective nonprofits working on behalf of underserved communities across the city. Marnie also works closely with over 100 of the City’s largest law firms and legal departments to design and grow high quality pro bono programming. Before joining NYLPI, Marnie practiced corporate law at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP and Hogan & Lovells LLP where she did extensive pro bono work. Marnie received her J.D. from City University of New York Law School and her B.A. from Hampshire College.
